Shipping Policy

Production Times

House of Luxava offers two types of products, each with its own production timeline:

  • Production Partner Items: These items are professionally printed and fulfilled through our trusted production partners.

    Production Time: 5–7 business days

  • Studio‑Created Items (Hand‑designed or assembled in‑house): These pieces are crafted, prepared, or finished directly in our studio.

    Production Time: 3–5 business days

Because different items are created in different locations, your order may ship in multiple packages and at different times. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Shipping Times

Shipping estimates begin after production is complete.

  • U.S. Orders: Typically 3–10 business days

  • International Orders: Typically 7–21 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal volume.

Tracking Information

Once each item ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Carrier Responsibility

After your package is transferred to the carrier, House of Luxava is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delivery issues due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

For delivery concerns, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These charges are not included in product or shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on non-custom, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Made-to-order items with unique design selections

  • Studio‑created custom pieces

  • Digital products (if applicable)

  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will replace or refund the item as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
